싱가포르항공 채용 절차

 

1. 서류제출

 

먼저 채용공고가 올라오면 영문이력서와 커버레터를 제출합니다.

다른 외항사는 대부분 CV(영문이력서)만 제출하는 곳이 많은데, 싱가포르항공은 커버레터로 요구하고 있습니다!

회사마다 방식이 다르니, 미리 이력서와 커버레터를 준비해 주세요!

 

2. 하이어뷰

 

싱가포르항공은 서류 합격자들을 대상으로 하이어뷰 링크를 이메일로 전송합니다.

메일을 받게 되면 빠른 시일 안에 제출해야 하는데요, 기간은 매 채용마다 다르지만 대부분 3~5일 내입니다.

하이어뷰 제출은 노트북 카메라 혹은 웹캠을 설치해서 진행합니다!

대면 면접처럼 헤어와 메이크업 복장까지 완벽하게 세팅 후 하이어뷰에 임합니다 :)

 

하이어뷰는 

<기내 롤플레잉 + 성취경험 + 싱가포르지원동기(에세이작성) + 지문 읽기 + 전신촬영>

형식으로 이루어집니다.

 

3. 대면면접

하이어뷰 합격자들 대상으로 면접 초대장이 이메일로 발송됩니다.

대면면접에서는 디스커션 혹은 디베이트 / 파이널 면접 / 유니폼 피팅이 진행됩니다.

하이어뷰는 위에서도 말씀드렸다시피 기내 롤플레잉이 포함되어 있습니다.

어떠한 문제가 나올지 모르지 미리 모든 롤플레잉에 적용가능한 흐름을 기억해 두시는 것이 좋아요 :) 

ex) 

- If a passenger complains that the passenger next to her "smells bad", how would you handle this situation?

- If a customer complains the meal is 'inedible', what would you do?

- If two customers are not happy sitting next to each other and demand a change of seat, how would you resolve this situation?

- If a passenger insists on being upgraded to business class because he is a "regular traveler with Singapore Airlines", what would you do?
